Tributes to Yasmin Ahmad

July 26, 2009

The Malaysian Newspaper The Star has started a webpage with tributes from her fans to Yasmin Ahmad, the Malaysian director who passed away on Saturday. The postings will give those unfamiliar with her work an idea of her relevance for Malaysia, but also of her international reputation.

Those who have never seen her in person might want to take a look at an interview with her at The Fairly Current Show, a Singaporean Web TV show.
